Our client is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and support throughout the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction, problem-solving, and coordination. The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, managing expectations, coordinating internal resources, and serving as a trusted partner from order placement through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customers with order status updates, shipping information, installation schedules, and project updates
• Prepare quotations and assist with pricing requests
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with sales representatives, project managers, manufacturers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Track orders from initial entry through final project completion
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate delays, changes, and updates
• Coordinate shipping logistics, deliveries, and installation schedules
• Maintain accurate project records, customer files, and invoicing documentation
• Assist with project closeout activities and punch list resolution
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience at every stage of the process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, client services, sales support, project coordination, order management, or administrative support
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is a plus
