Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Successful experience or strong interest in K-12 schools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and schedule interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic services to K-12 students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Conduct evaluations, document findings, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to support each student’s needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with school and state policies
