Retail Sales Manager – My Wireless Job Location: GARLAND, TX 75042 • Position: Full Time • Salary: $30,929 – $55,929 base + commission per year. My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience and building a loyal client base. Responsibilities Lead and train a team to exceed sales targets and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring consistent customer experience and strong sales results. Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet company Key Performance Indicators. Maintain staffing through employee retention, recruiting, and ongoing training. Build a steady client base through ethical, customer‑centric practices. Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team and hosting community events outside the store. Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts, device security, and merchandising per company standards. Implement, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal requirements to uphold the location’s stability and reputation. Continuously update knowledge through workshops, professional publications, and networking. Qualifications 1 year of management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in wireless. 1 year of retail or customer‑facing sales experience (required). Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required). Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (required). Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (required). Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (required). Bilingual (preferred but may not be required depending on location). Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Telecommunications industry sales experience (preferred). Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred). Minimum 18 years of age, legally eligible for employment in the U.S., and high school diploma or equivalent (required). Physical Demands The role requires standing and walking for prolonged periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching with hands and arms, occasionally climbing ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials. The employee must work with small parts in mobile phones and keep eye focus on a computer screen for extended periods. These requirements can be met with eyeglasses or contacts.
