This role will involve operating production equipment, troubleshooting machinery failures, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the safety, legality, and quality of all products. Checks and maintains production schedule. Scales ingredients. Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s). Operates dough pump. Checks posted scaling weights and equipment standards. Adjusts and operates one pocket and six pocket dividers. Adjusts and operates rounder. Adjusts and operates overhead proofer. Performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and operator's preventative maintenance. Ensures that work area is clean and organized. Performs other duties as directed by supervision. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.). WRAPPING OPERATOR responsibilities: Checks production schedule and verifies product running order. Checks pan count sheet for product quantity. Checks production wrap count sheet for bag types. Sets and operates slicer, bagger, and tier equipment. Performs quality control inspection of finished product. Ensures that product is loaded correctly. Performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and operator's preventative maintenance. Ensures work area is clean and organized. Performs other duties as directed by supervision. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.). PALLETIZER responsibilities (also applies to ROLL LINE OPERATOR, BOARD MONITOR, RETARD BOX MONITOR): Checks production schedule and verifies product running order. Checks to ensure that the proper program is running. Checks pallets, slip sheets, etc. for quantity. Performs start-up/shut-down sanitation and operator's preventative maintenance. Ensures work area is clean and organized. Performs other duties as directed by supervision. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
