Outbound-heavy in year one as we build the inbound funnel. Territory split: East and West coast DTC + mid-market retail.## What you'll do* Carry a $1.8M ARR new-business quota* Run a balanced inbound + outbound motion (60/40 outbound in year one)* Co-own the AMER playbook with the VP Sales as we localise the EMEA model* Quarterly customer travel (~10%).
