Job Description
What you will be doing: RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery
- Report to the unit director/manager as a professional Registered Nurse.
- Utilize the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift.
- Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
- Provide managerial presence for all shifts.
- Oversee and lead the team of nursing clinicians.
Experience you will need: RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery
- Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from School of Nursing (BS or BSN).
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years RN experience in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit.
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience.
- Leadership experience (Preferred).
