Production Support The Production Support team member plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations. This role works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for preparing and accurately logging ingredients, rotating between stations as needed, performing continuous quality checks, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to perform visual quality inspections, and a commitment to minimizing waste. The role may also support packaging operations and take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.
