Senior Sales Support Specialist

Supporting Account Executives in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will facilitate post-sales activities, enhance client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for post-sales functions, including quote configurations and purchase order preparation Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to verify product pricing and availability Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to deliver tracking information to customers and assist with RFQ and RFP documentation Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is preferred Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated initiative, organization, and flexibility in a team-oriented setting Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Virtual Vocations Inc
