About the Opportunity A growing private investment firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support client engagement, advisor support, event coordination, and marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional support through phone, email, and in-person interactionsMaintain client records and reporting within CRM systems and support advisor scheduling and communicationsCoordinate client seminars, appreciation events, educational workshops, and prospect eventsSupport marketing initiatives, social media content, presentations, and client-facing communications
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in financial services, client services, hospitality, event planning, or a related client-facing roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presenceExperience with event coordination, client engagement, or marketing initiatives preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsExperience supporting marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media initiatives
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Preferred Credentials
Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses preferredNotary Public license preferredWillingness to pursue licensing is a plus
