This is an outstanding opportunity to work with the top multifamily owner-builder in the DC region. You'll work closely with experienced project and development professionals on some of the region's most significant residential projects. PLEASE NOTE: Suitable candidates must have prior multifamily project experience. Responsibilities iesSupport delivery of multifamily development and construction proje ctsCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal te amsAssist with managing project schedules, budgets, and key milesto nesReview project documentation, contracts, and construction repo rtsTrack project progress and help resolve day-to-day project iss Requirements entsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related f ield2-4 years of experience as Assistant PM in multifamily construction, development, or project manage mentExperience with multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or residential projects prefe rredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving sk illsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management soft ckageClear career progression within a top-performing development pla tformOpportunity to work on landmark multifamily projects across the DC metro #J-18808-Ljbffr Centurion Selection
