They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS Provide scheduling support to assigned projects. Participate in updating the master schedule and enterprise reporting. Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule. Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules. Oversee sub-contractors. Track material costs and quantities entering project sites. Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory. Assist other engineering departments as assigned.
