- Community Sales & Market Development ManagerRoggenart Bakery Bistro & CafeBe an Early ApplicantFull TimemanagerSavage, Maryland, USPosted Today## Job DescriptionAt Roggenart, we're not looking for someone to fill a position.We're looking for someone to build a business.As we continue to grow, we're creating a unique leadership role that combines Farmers Markets, Catering, Community Partnerships, and Local Market Development into one dynamic position.This is not a traditional restaurant management role.This is for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, driving revenue, and making things happen.The person we are looking for will:Lead and grow our Farmers Market businessDevelop new catering and corporate sales opportunitiesBuild partnerships with schools, hospitals, businesses, and community organizationsSupport local store marketing initiativesStay connected to operations and the customer experience that makes Roggenart specialWe're looking for a self-starter with strong QSR, fast casual, bakery-café, coffee, or hospitality experience who is equally comfortable talking to a customer, leading a team, setting up a market booth, or pitching a corporate catering program.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur.Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.Someone who enjoys building.At Roggenart, our mission is simple:To create cozy and welcoming places where people connect, reconnect, reflect, and fall in love with life while enjoying exceptional food, coffee, and hospitality.If that resonates with you—or if you know someone who would be a great fit—I would love to hear from you.Maryland / DMV Area
