Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the future of financial services. Top performers in this role can earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonus. Base pay starts at $19.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, and our bonus program lets you earn up to an additional $1,200 every month based on your individual and team performance. In This Role, You Will Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle — while recommending tailored financial solutions Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
