Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Manage human resources, merchandising, and inventory control
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- Physical demands: over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience required
