Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid OT license in California, or eligibility to obtain licensure before the start date
• Experience collaborating in school settings, working with children ranging from preschool through high school
• Strong communication abilities with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven organizational skills to manage documentation, assessment, and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized occupational therapy plans to support educational success
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in group and one-on-one settings, both within the classroom and specialized environments
• Collaborate closely with educators, case managers, and family members to integrate therapy goals into students’ academic routines
• Maintain compliance with IEP documentation, progress reports, and related service logs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student support teams with professional insight and compassionate guidance
