Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current California OT license or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience working in school settings is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills and a heart for helping students thrive

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities
• Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate daily with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Deliver therapy through both one-on-one and small group sessions
• Accurately document progress, contribute to IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with district standards
