Who we are looking forWe are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious Vice President to join the Corporate Strategy team. The Vice President will manage complex strategy projects from problem definition through recommendation and execution planning, working closely with senior leaders across the organization. Strong candidates for this role will have demonstrated the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop fact-based insights, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Typical projects could include enterprise and business strategy development, market and competitive intelligence, client segmentation and market sizing, strategic partnerships and acquisitions, market entry or exit, product and client positioning, profitability, and investment prioritization.Why this role is important to usThe Corporate Strategy team plays a central role in shaping State Street’s future and translating enterprise priorities into strategic choices and action.
