Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is advantageous
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and data on student outcomes
• Deliver both individual and group therapy, based on student IEPs
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress in the academic setting
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and insights
