Job Title Financial Analyst – Capital Planning & Public Sector Finance Job Description Join a mission-driven team managing the financial planning, cost analysis, and forecasting for government-funded capital projects. This role ensures compliance with GAAP, OMB guidelines, and FTA standards, while supporting budget formulation, tracking, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop capital project budgets and expenditure forecasts. Prepare cost-benefit analyses and funding strategy models. Reconcile actual vs. planned spending; flag variances. Provide support for OMB reporting and public finance audits. Collaborate with program leads to align financial performance with project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Public Administration. Experience 4–6 years managing government budgets, grants, or capital programs. Experience in infrastructure finance or transportation sector preferred.
