Medical Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator

IMMEDIATE NEED:  Randstad is seeking a high-energy, personable, and adaptable Medical Front Office Specialist to provide medical leave coverage for our busy practices. This is a temporary position for a couple of months, with a potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate. In this role, you will split your time between Marietta and Woodstock locations. To keep your schedule predictable, assignments are set a month in advance so you always know exactly where you will be working. Additional competencies:

• Learning Agility: A sharp, quick learner who can jump right into a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Coordination: Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in and check-out processes, and ensure all intake paperwork is complete.

• Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, sort paperwork, and manage patient files.

• Product & Service Sales: Educate patients on and comfortably sell our premium retail products and cosmetic injectables.

• Cross-Training / Growth: While you will start with core front-desk duties, you may eventually be trained to assist in our dedicated patient call center.
