Bilingual Contact Center Specialist

Position: Bilingual Contact Center Specialist
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Language : Spanish & English
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support Medicaid providers and clients by handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions. Youll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide support to Medicaid providers and clients
- Respond professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate when needed
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience (high-volume environment)
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
