Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting September 8-October 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Port Charlotte, FL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6:00am-6:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday 6:00am-10:00am. Staffing model is 2 providers, 3 Medical Assistants, and 1 Behavioral Health Counselor. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification and Florida DEA are required for this assignment.
