Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces

• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

• Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards

• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively

• Coordinate and participate in deep cleaning and special project initiatives

• Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are in good working order and maintain inventory

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, healthcare, or related field preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
