Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a AP Vendor Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vendor setup and maintenance by contacting vendors to verify addresses confirm changes and collect banking details.

• Compile review and process vendor documentation including tax forms and daily submissions through internal systems.

• Update vendor records maintain accurate status and review inactive vendors to ensure data remains current.

• Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to communicate vendor updates and resolve issues.

• Balance routine daily tasks with urgent vendor setup requests to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience working with vendors in an accounts payable or accounting environment.

• Demonstrate basic accounting knowledge and understanding of vendor related workflows.

• Use Oracle regularly and transfer information accurately from Excel into system records.

• Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams while managing competing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Apply knowledge of tax documentation and understand requirements related to vendor reporting.

• Perform matching and validation of vendor tax information with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Maintain organized records and ensure vendor files meet internal guidelines.

• Work efficiently with spreadsheets at an intermediate level to prepare and review data.

• Show reliability strong organization skills and a proactive approach to vendor coordination tasks.
