Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Groups: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide training to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to facilitate continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to ensure patients stay on the right path to recovery.

Education

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continued education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary.
