Job Title: Recruiter Advanced (>6 years) Location: Chicago, IL; Wilmington, DE; Tampa, FL; Tempe, AZ; Jacksonville, FL; Columbus, OH Duration: Contract - 6 months (extension possible) Job Description We are seeking a Specialty Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a proven ability to deliver full-cycle hiring outcomes while influencing partners and advancing inclusive hiring. Responsibilities Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, pipelines, and reporting. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for high-volume roles. Partner with stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and provide market and funnel insights. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Advance inclusive hiring practices and ensure process compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., ORC or similar). Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions and competing priorities. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence partners and clients.
