MIG Welder

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $23-25+/hr (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift) Overtime: Available Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Fabricate and assemble parts to precise specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures Qualifications 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately Experience working with steel and/or aluminum Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Manufacturing or shop experience preferred Why Join Us?
