Marketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, events, research, and reporting. This role is ideal for an organized and creative professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate social media activities and assist with planning and execution of marketing-related eventsProvide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, database updates, and CRM maintenanceConduct research on industry developments, target audiences, and emerging marketing opportunitiesAssist in developing promotional initiatives designed to increase visibility and support organizational objectivesPrepare marketing reports, presentations, and data-driven materials for internal teamsReview campaign and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementSupport additional marketing projects and initiatives as neededQualifications:2–3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital campaigns, social media, or eventsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with CRM systems, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communicationDetail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative with limited directionAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree highly preferred, but not requiredAdditional Details: This is a fully onsite contract opportunity in Washington, DC expected to last approximately 3–4 months.
