Work Environment\n

This position primarily allows for remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance. However, as an outpatient facility, you may have the opportunity to work in the office as needed to meet patient demands. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variations based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, addressing key issues that affect mental health and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow team members to provide integrated care and ensure seamless communication regarding patient progress.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, offering immediate interventions and support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and connecting them with valuable community resources.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Patients come to us facing a multitude of challenges such as anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
