Director of Maintenance

Overview We are a skilled nursing facility that offers a wide range of services that cater to both seniors who require Long term care, as well as short term rehabilitation programs. Your role is a pivotal one in ensuring all residents and staff are in a safe and well maintained enviroment. Job description We are looking to hire a full time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidate Professional attitude and appearance, Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, hvac, Will be a hands on Manager Ability to manage staff, budget and vendors Experience in the Long Term Care setting is a plus Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, emergency management. Job Type Full-time Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401k and other supplemental benefits Experience Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Schedule Holidays as needed Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
