Business Development Manager – Restoration 1 of Dulles

Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout parts of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

This is a partnership-based B2B sales role focused on developing strong referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, public adjusters, and other local professionals.

Restoration 1 is one of the largest independent restoration companies in the country, built on a simple principle: we work for the customer. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
• Build long-term partnerships that generate restoration opportunities
• Promote Restoration 1’s certified water, mold, fire, and smoke services
• Create mutually beneficial relationships with local trade partners
• Attend networking, community, and industry events
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies
• Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM documentation
• Track activity, opportunities, and results
• Represent Restoration 1 of Dulles with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Business development or B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Professional presence and strong follow-through
• Restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or related industry experience is a plus
• Ability to travel locally for meetings and events
• Must live within approximately 45 minutes of Dulles, VA
