What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and plans of treatment
• Support newborns from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a newly renovated, modern hospital environment
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care within a community-oriented health system

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Experience in neonatal or critical care settings preferred

Preferred:

• Strong team collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible shift hours
