Finance Director: Strategic Analytics & Growth Leader

Job Description Job Description Jenks, OK – Gateway First Bank’s prospective Director, Finance will be an experienced financial industry individual that will work with bank, mortgage and servicing lines of business to analyze and present financial performance, develop and measure KPI, help design incentive plans that align with company goals, handle in depth product and profitability analytics including Funds Transfer Pricing, and partner to lead the annual strategic planning process. Director, Finance JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Finance is responsible for partnering with the lines of business and delivering insights and analytics to support decision making and strategy. This role plays a key part in the annual strategic planning process in addition to regular reporting and ad hoc analytics. Director, Finance ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Develops and presents monthly financial reporting packages including KPI’s detailing operational performance to provide insights and analytics to business line leaders and influence management decisions
• Develops and maintains product and business line profitability models and analytics to optimize profitability and capital allocation (experience with Funds Transfer Pricing, Costing Allocations, and Economic Capital preferred)
• Drives the annual strategic planning process; assist the lines of business with modeling of strategies and new initiatives
• Oversees the preparation of the line of business budgets and forecasts; and reports to management on variances between actuals, budget, and forecast
• Partners with the Treasury team on the modeling of products in the ALM model, product pricing, and Funds Transfer Pricing
• Partners with the Accounting team on variance explanations for the monthly close process
• Supports the FP&A team in the production of consolidated reports and board materials
• Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to business partners across the organization
• Attracts, develops, and manages a high performing Finance team
• Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Director, Finance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis policies, procedures, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills to gather all the available data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with A3 or Essbase

Equivalent Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• 10 years of experience in financial analysis with a background in financial services.
• Experience in management and people development preferred.
