The Direct Hire Recruiter-Full-Desk role is an individual contributor position focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and other departmental roles. This recruiter's expertise spans generalist recruiting and exclusive sales recruitments, requiring strong client engagement and candidate sourcing capabilities to effectively build pipelines and negotiate offers.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs
• Engage with clients to understand recruitment requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers and close candidate placements
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage recruiting pipeline and contract details effectively

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting
• Proven skills in recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Effective time management and networking capabilities
• Interviewing expertise
