Service Technician

Culligan Water is seeking an individual to provide installation, service, and repair of Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water. The service technician provides repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for Culligan equipment and products in customers' homes and/or businesses. The technician's goal is to provide the maximum quality of service to Culligan customers.

Compensation includes base pay and commission on billed parts and labor, with an annual performance review and potential pay increase. The company pays 75% of the cost for medical and dental insurance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with no weekends or late nights. No formal experience is required; we are looking for mechanically inclined and coach-able individuals. Company-provided uniforms, cell phone, tablet, and boot allowance are also included. Additionally, there is a free rental softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system while employed with Culligan North Central Ohio.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostics and water testing to troubleshoot and repair equipment, presenting customers with repair and replacement options, completing paperwork accurately and timely, delivering water treatment products, assisting other employees with product delivery and installation, maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment, communicating positively with customers, and following all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, mechanical inclination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift and move equipment from 50-75 lbs.
