Your Role

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate personalized therapy plans to help them hit their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and essential daily tasks
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy techniques to ensure ongoing progress beyond the therapy setting
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment strategies to keep patients on the path to success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
