Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery and follow-up. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and competitive activity. Collaborate with internal departments to provide an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, automotive sales, equipment sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer accounts. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products is a plus. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
