Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, highly motivated Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities through heavy outbound calling and appointment setting. This role is responsible for identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for rapid follow-up and close. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers daily.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Pass qualified leads promptly to sales representatives for quick closing.

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to generate additional opportunities.

• Track activity and sales metrics to ensure KPI goals are achieved.

• Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications.

• Perform administrative tasks including updating records, managing calendars, and organizing sales information.

• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, business development, appointment setting, or customer service experience.

• Experience with building CRM systems( HubSpot).

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.

• Excellent communication and phone skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and accountability.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.

• 80+ outbound calls per day

• CRM updates completed within 24 hours of contact

• 95%+ data accuracy in CRM records

• 100% completion of required administrative and reporting tasks
