Position Summary As a Property Operations Coordinator, you will oversee and support daily property maintenance to ensure the facility’s safety and functionality while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests. Responsibilities Coordinate daily facility maintenance: Organize property operations team members in performing maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities, systems, and grounds. Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment. Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing. Coordinate preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs. Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
