B2B Sales Representative | Entry Level | Growth Opportunity

Please Note: This is an in-person, 100% commission-based B2B sales position representing an AT&T campaign. Cornerstone Marketing Concepts is the hiring organization; this is not direct employment with AT&T.

Cornerstone Marketing Concepts is expanding our team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build real-world experience in business-to-business sales, communication, leadership, and client relations.

Whether you're a recent graduate, current college student with full-time availability, or simply looking to begin a professional career where your work ethic and personality matter more than years of experience , this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.

No previous B2B sales experience is required. We're looking for people who are coachable, competitive, comfortable talking with others, and excited about learning.

What You'll Do

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll work directly with businesses on behalf of our telecommunications clients. You'll learn how to build relationships, understand customer needs, present products and services, and develop strong communication and sales skills through hands-on training.

You'll also work alongside an energetic team and receive ongoing coaching designed to help you grow professionally.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with performance-based earning potential. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary . Compensation is directly tied to individual sales performance.

This is an in-person, full-time B2B sales role , and reliable transportation is required.
