Inside Sales Representative – Smooth Closing | Austin, TX (In-Office)

What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows, making this one of the most important seats on our team. You'll build trust fast, uncover what's really going on with the homeowner's property and situation, and secure the appointment that hands things off to our acquisitions team. Beyond that first call, you'll keep your pipeline of leads moving — staying sharp, staying consistent, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

$60,000 - $80,000 At Plan

• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
• Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
• Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
• Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and with genuine warmth
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for our closing team
• Work your pipeline on a structured, consistent follow-up schedule
• Celebrate wins with a team that genuinely has your back

• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
• Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
