Sales Coordinator — Client Sales & Growth

Bestlaser Hair Removal is looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a client-facing sales role within a laser hair removal clinic, working closely with clients throughout their treatment journey. The position involves discussing laser hair removal treatments, treatment areas, pricing, financing options, and personal care goals in a professional, comfortable, and confidential environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing personal and body-related topics with clients, including sensitive treatment areas, while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a welcoming attitude.

The Sales Coordinator will take ownership of the sales process from the moment a lead enters our system through consultation, package presentation, financing options, closing, and ongoing client relationship.

We are looking for someone who is highly sales-oriented, organized, proactive, confident, and motivated by goals, performance, and results.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage and organize the clinic’s sales pipeline and lead flow.

* Respond to and actively contact inbound and outbound leads by phone, text, and digital channels.

* Develop consistent and strategic follow-up to increase lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sale conversion.

* Schedule consultations, evaluations, and treatments while helping maintain a strong and productive clinic schedule.

* Conduct sales conversations and confidently present treatment recommendations, packages, pricing, promotions, and financing options.

* Identify client needs and recommend opportunities for additional areas, upgrades, and package extensions.

* Finalize sales, complete contracts, and process payments accurately.

* Maintain complete and organized client and sales information in the CRM.

* Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, sales opportunities, and pending decisions.

* Monitor key sales indicators and identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.

* Work closely with clinic management and the treatment team to ensure strong communication between the client experience and the sales process.

* Re-engage previous leads, inactive clients, missed opportunities, cancellations, and no-shows.

* Support promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and other lead-generation initiatives.

* Contribute actively toward individual and clinic revenue goals.

Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for helping drive the clinic’s commercial performance by managing the sales pipeline, maintaining consistent follow-up, converting opportunities, and supporting revenue growth.

This person serves as an important connection between lead generation, client communication, consultations, treatments, and closing, ensuring that opportunities are followed through and clients receive a professional and personalized sales experience.

The goal is simple: keep the pipeline moving, keep the schedule productive, and turn more opportunities into long-term Bestlaser clients.
