Position Overview:-

• We are a leader in premium concrete coating systems, specializing in residential and commercial flooring solutions.

• We are seeking a Lead Installer - Concrete Coatings / Epoxy Flooring who can take ownership of job sites, execute installations to a high standard, and represent the brand professionally in the field.

• This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who values quality work, consistency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Install epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems to company standards

• Manage job sites from start to finish (prep, installation, completion)

• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations

• Operate grinders, power tools, and coating equipment safely

• Oversee and direct assistant installers on-site

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Identify and resolve installation challenges as they arise

Requirements:-

• Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or concrete coatings preferred

• Background in construction, flooring, or general labor

• Ability to lead a job site and maintain production standards

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
