Receive outstanding benefits. We are interviewing candidates to join our team as Additional Services Crew Leader. We are looking for the following traits in all applicants: Takes ownership of their crew, work, equipment, and results. What you’d be responsible for... Work alongside your crew member to complete landscape additional services from project start through completion, ensuring all work meets industry and PCL quality standards. Additional services include mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, granular fertilizer and weed pre-emergent in ornamental beds, warm season aeration, aeration and overseeding, and pre-maintenance cleanups. Safely transport your crew member to and from job sites and take ownership of the assigned truck, tools, and equipment. Direct the day's work and work alongside your crew member to efficiently meet production and gross profit goals. Communicate equipment and material needs to the Production Manager to ensure everything needed is available when and where it is needed. What we’re looking for... You have an eye for detail and want to be proud of the beautiful work you produce. A minimum of two (2) years of landscape experience including maintenance and installation with a strong knowledge of softscapes. Ability to utilize technology for schedule management and time tracking. Clean driving record, drug-free, valid driver's license, and ability to be added to the company fleet insurance policy. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis. When you’d be working... Monday through Thursday – 7:00-4:30, 40-45 hours per week, with possible Friday flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays. This is a year round position.
