Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring tailored treatment plans for diverse client needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary healthcare providers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, track clients’ progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, assisting clients facing acute psychological distress and facilitating referrals for further assistance or specialized care when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records and documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, engaging in best practices for data security and confidentiality.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills, sharing best practices, and fostering a high standard of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits\n
