If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.Role ScopeBuild the production schedule: orders sequenced to takt, materials confirmed, and constraints honored.Own MRP hygiene: BOMs, routings, and lead times accurate enough to plan by.Balance the plan daily against reality: shortages, breakdowns, and priorities replanned same-day.Coordinate with supply chain and shipping so parts arrive and modules leave on schedule.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
