HVAC Install Technician

Job Description:

Action Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electric is a leading provider of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services , dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residential customers. We prioritize quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction and are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to help ensure the comfort and safety of homes in our community.

What You'll Do:

Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes
Complete installation closeout forms to ensure job completion
Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality
Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company standards
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless installation process
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation
Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
