AC Missoula 175 N Pattee St Missoula, MT 59802, USA Description Detailed Description In the role of Housekeeping Room Inspector at the AC Hotel, you will: Be a Role Model – You have hands‑on housekeeping experience and understand what excellence looks like. You lead by example by demonstrating proper cleaning standards and coaching team members on how to meet and exceed expectations. Be Detail‑Oriented – Continuously look for opportunities to improve cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Provide feedback and training to staff when needed. Monitor guest room supplies and linen closets to ensure the team has the tools and materials needed to be successful. Be Meticulous – Help maintain clean and attractive guest rooms by assisting with tasks such as making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing, cleaning, and vacuuming to ensure rooms meet or exceed hotel and brand standards. Be Organized – Start each day prepared with the appropriate room lists and a clear understanding of team assignments and priorities. Be a Communicator – You understand the demands of the room attendant role and actively support the team’s success.
