About the Position Tytanium Ideas, a digital marketing agency, is looking for an outgoing, people‑loving, bright, friendly, and highly‑skilled communicator to join our sales force. The role bridges client acquisition, opportunity development across industry verticals and locations, and support of the client services team. Key Responsibilities Grow the client base and build new opportunities in multiple industry verticals and regions. Assist the client services team in maintaining client satisfaction and sourcing referrals. Lead public speaking engagements and position Tytanium as a thought leader. Manage client relationships, understanding digital marketing services and maintaining expectations. Educate new clients on our processes and systems and provide ongoing instruction. Represent Tytanium at events, conventions, and networking opportunities. Advocate for client needs and provide constructive feedback to improve services. Requirements Strong communications background with proven experience in a communications role. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, computer, and software tools. Obtain inbound marketing and inbound sales certification within the first month on the job. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional conduct in and outside the office, adhering to our culture code. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Must be U.S. Person or Permanent Resident.
