Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation

We are currently hiring an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of litigation and/or judicial clerkship experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced litigation team handling complex, high-impact matters.

This role offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, including legal research, discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, and courtroom appearances. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging litigation environment and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze legal claims and case strategies.
• Manage and participate in all phases of discovery.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Interview witnesses and subject matter experts.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Appear in state and federal court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active license to practice law.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation or judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation

Salary range: $125,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
